This set of recipes concentrates on cake and pastry recipes. This will embrace both basic pastry and cake recipes, and also the dessert item that uses that basic item. Hence we can have the basic short-crust pastry and then the fruit pie which uses it, or the sweet bread dough that is then used to make traditional Danish Pastries.
